Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can follow your parcel’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

In France, we ship with Colissimo : Standard delivery takes around 6 days, Express 48 hours, and Pickup Point about 5 days. In Europe, orders are shipped via Chronopost, available in Standard or Express. For international deliveries, we use FedEx Standard.

Shipping is free for orders over €150 (or 200$ for US) worldwide. Exact delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Yes, you have 30 days to return or exchange your order. Returns and exchanges are free and easy.

Once we have received your return, we will send you an email and the refund or store credit will be sent to you. It can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

Please note that at the moment we can not offer automatized returns for UK orders, the return will have to be made by the customer directly. Please contact us if this is the case for you.
