Shipping Policy

Our delivery times and shipping rates

Shipping is free on all orders over €150 or $200 for orders shipping to the United States.

All orders are prepared and dispatched from France, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order is on its way.

— France

• Pickup Point: 4 to 5 business days

• Standard home delivery: 2 to 3 business days

• Express home delivery: 48 hours

We don’t ship in pickup points or DOM-TOM yet, our team is working to provide these options as soon as possible.

— Europe (Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal...)

• Standard: 3 to 6 business days

• Express: 1 to 2 business days

Coverage: European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other European countries.

— International

• Standard: 5 to 13 business days depending on destination

• Express: 1 to 3 business days
  
  

Delivery times are estimated from the shipping date and may vary depending on the destination and peak periods.

Customs duties & taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees or local taxes may apply upon receipt. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond Coutumes' control. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Please note that customs fees are already included for the United State, but they may apply for Switzerland.
