    All our jewelry is crafted from 925 sterling silver and gold-plated brass. Most of the production takes place in Italy, in a family-run workshop near Florence, Tuscany. We also collaborate with other specialized workshops in Italy, Portugal, Germany, India and France.

    Yes, engraving is available on selected items for a small fee. Engraving is only available in store for now.
    Personalized or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Yes, all Coutumes jewelry is covered by a 2-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (such as patina or fading of plating). For EU customers, this commercial warranty applies without prejudice to the 2-year legal warranty of conformity.
