All our jewelry is crafted from 925 sterling silver and gold-plated brass. Most of the production takes place in Italy, in a family-run workshop near Florence, Tuscany. We also collaborate with other specialized workshops in Italy, Portugal, Germany, India and France.

Yes, engraving is available on selected items (+€10). Personalized pieces require an additional 72 hours for processing. Personalized or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged unless covered by our warranty.

Yes, all Coutumes jewelry is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (such as patina or fading of plating).
